在春风三月来到了博鳌，一直都想到海南看海，这次挑了几个路线，还对比多家酒店，最后因为优评加价格可以就选择了，实际也不错，景美，住的也高档舒服

第一次安排的四层的房间沙发后边有明显的烟蒂，不知道上一位客人走后打扫过吗？四层房间电视看着看着信号就没了，维修人员陆续来了两个，修不了，告诉换房，还不敢跟总台说，需要我们客人自己打电话提要求换房！这是我们客人的要求吗？房间发霉味道浓烈，香薰也是看服务人员的心情，高兴就来！电视网络问题明显，一到晚上就不稳定，看着看着就定格了，重启解决！

房间有一股浓浓的发霉味道，只能习惯着，香薰精油，刺激呼吸道；一次性拖鞋，不要不给；酒店给体验了一次“过春节”的感觉，春节前的早餐和春节期间的比起来真不一样，看来酒店遵循的是春节改善生活的餐饮机制！餐厅既然有优惠就主动一下，说好的关注酒店点餐九折，还要我们客人每次去提醒吗？每次点餐都得等着，服务员不够就多招几个。餐厅、客房服务还需整体提高，实在不明白就组团去学习一下！

酒店真是不错，博鳌给我留下了很好的印象，要不是后续三亚酒店已经预定好了我就续住了，哈。酒店出门就是沙滩，人少，干净，沙子比三亚大东海略粗。春节期间稍贵，以后找机会来多住一段时间。
