酒店设施一般，环境尚可。在酒店地下停车厂因地面有油摔了一跤，酒店只提供几块冰。要去医院说太远，自己去。

服务不错，餐厅服务员很热情，上菜速度很快，味道不错，口味比较大众化，。房间户型好，私密性强，房纸系木地板滴哦，空调很凉快，就是风向，风量都强制了，离海边不算太远，我们住的是海景房，真的无敌海景哦，窗特大。WC是马桶，淋浴房很大又干净，好用。基本上给人的第一印象是不错的101分呵。

位置:琼海博鳌亚洲湾附近，我们从海口过来，酒店还是挺好找的，周边有亚洲湾水上乐园，附近有一些农家乐，我们去了谭门镇吃了海鲜，还是自驾最方便。
服务:前台一位小姐姐服务特别好，相对其他的一些工作人员生疏的处理问题，她热情，服务细致，办理入住还给我们升了房型，送了下午茶自助，非常棒了！
房间:房间面积可以说是很大了，订了大床房，两大一小妥妥的，卫生间也超级大，阳台上就能看到海，视野不错。靠海的房间潮湿是必然的，看其他评论说有点好香薰的，有看到香薰台但也没人点上，这点有些失望，其他都不错啦。
