提前定的双床豪华房也收到了确认信息，但晚上到时前台竟然说没收到同程订房信息！弄半天说没双床了，只有大床，只能和朋友挤了，对同程的服务好失望。酒店的设施还可以。

酒店设施一般，服务态度好，温泉、泳池都不能用，看着看着电视就断电了，找来工作人员修，说是闸开关设备坏了，900元一晚安排在最端头一间，风好大哦，不知道是不是在艺龙订的酒店房间都安排在最端头的角落里？

超级棒，设施真的太太太齐全了。虽然楼房很矮，但真的很有公寓，很有家的感觉。奢华而不张扬，服务也很好。赞好几个！！！
