博鳌两家号称五星的酒店都令人无语，一开始去到那个搞论坛的啥酒店，正遇到要开卖药的会，酒店接待极不专业于是转投这家国宾馆。不过这家酒店的服务真不是太好说，前台、早餐…服务员感觉都特有优越感似的，或许服务过很多“国宾”？先说最可气的，退房后酒店竟然没有把我们证件“退出公安系统”，直到我们数小时后在另一城市才被发现，导致无法登记入住。酒店竟然毫无歉意，跟没事儿似的！再说客房设计也是醉了。卫生间很大很开敞，但正对房间没屏障，厕所和浴室的门是关不严的玻璃…原来国宾就是这样爱好？最后说早餐，现点现吃，典型机关食堂的搞法

感受非常差，成功预订两间房，开车一百公里到酒店仅成功一间房，说收到传真仅一间，酒店开始说只有样板房，等了半天，酒店还不错帮忙协调了其它客人的房间，住是住了，感觉被艺龙骗了！

总体来说还是不错！性价比比较高！服务态度也很好！但很多小细节还需要完善。例如：浴室喷头存在问题、浴室大理石脱落、浴室玻璃门开关不合理、床头台灯不亮、床吱吱作响。
