整体水平还可以，准五星级吧，还没有满分，位置不错，周边吃饭坐车都方便，早餐蛮丰富的，就是菜品一般，价格高了就贵了。送的小吃很好吃，呵呵，水也不错。床也蛮舒适的。

住过的五星酒店不算太多但也不少 可以说是住过的里面服务最好的了 每一个部门都非常贴心 有求必应 还有意想不到的小惊喜 泉州的手绘地图 晚上的椰奶西米露 最好的就是前台的林婉倩小姐姐了 超级超级好 我们早上9点到的还给我们升了房 好多特别贴心服务棒极了 庆幸没去都说服务差的万达 还有可爱的小猪和小贺卡

这家酒店生意很好，门童服务很热情，一到酒店就主动帮忙拿行李，大堂很温馨，总台服务也很热情亲切，办理入住速度很快，入住时还送了酒店自制的布丁真用心，必须点赞，房间卫生很干净，早餐也挺丰富的，退房速度很快，非常棒的入住体验，下次来泉州还住他们家。

五一期间房价普遍涨得情况下，这个价格还是可以的，能包早就更好了。毕竟是老牌五星级酒店，卫生服务都还到位，设备还需要再更新了。
