在艺龙网站预订了房间，并提前支付了房费，但是到达酒店大堂报姓名入住的时候，前台表示没有这个名字。我说是在艺龙网上预订的，前台表示和艺龙没有合作，只与携程有合作，让我自己联系艺龙网站。在线客服联系了两次，电话打了三四个，终于打通了，协调后告诉我，不要报艺龙的名字，只需要报自己的名字。我又重新去前台，前台面无表情地说，你要说自己是旅行社预订的呀！我说，我是在艺龙网上预订的，谁知道是旅行社。因此，无论是艺龙网站还是泉州丰泽酒店，在此问题上都给人留下了很不好的印象。等了一个小时才入住，艺龙说是酒店的错误，酒店表示没有看见姓名。真是管理混乱！在此，郑重地给艺龙和泉州丰泽大酒店差评。请大家以后注意了！

只能说E龙越来越差了。说是订的房间离KTV近让换房，换的房味道很重、近楼梯人上下噪音也重。不能再信E龙了！
