酒店硬件设施五星标准，服务也很好。每天晚上都有送零食和水果。但是，在无烟房管理上有问题，无烟房也住吸烟的人，床单被褥都是烟味。餐厅也到处都是吸烟的人，整个酒店烟雾缭绕，令人窒息。希望酒店在这方面加强管理。
