酒店的硬件很好，但是服务和五星不搭边，进入酒店没有任何一个人会主动和你打招呼，办理入住也是机械化流程看不出来有任何的热情，因为带了小孩子需要多两条毛巾，问客服服务等了有一个小时没有反应!!离店后有化妆品忘记在酒店，打电话过去说等回复，直到10天过后还是没有回复。这样的服务和五星真的是不匹配。
