证实住友反映的问题：确实前台的服务态度非常不热情; 房间里面的卫生情况比较糟糕，早餐品种有限，但这次比较幸运的是，这些早餐品种都是自己比较喜欢吃的，还有的缺点就是没有水果和酸奶或者是咖啡。
