地理位置非常好，地处市中心，旁边吃住行玩都非常方便，就是酒店设施比较旧，但是卫生还是很不错。

大年三十到店，总台服务员态度很热情，倍感暖心！有种到家的感觉。硬件设施虽然有点年头，软件却很到位，每天有水果送。不愧是老牌名店。谢谢酒店为旅客所付出的辛苦！唯一遗憾的，是泉州的公交实在不敢恭维，不守时、脱班是常态，这是有了亲身体验后又在互联网上查到众多投诉所得。另外，与其相比，福州的金辉大酒店就不咋地了。设施老旧不说，明明没有升级房间还忽悠说升级了房间，服务员做错了还不肯认错，实在是无语！
