设施尚可，服务好的，位置旅游的话很好的。
吃喝交通都很方便，附近景点挺多。府文庙、清静寺、关岳庙、承天寺等，很近。通政巷木偶戏、开元寺、东西街、钟楼，也是挺近的。附近网红美食打卡点挺多，斯丹姜母鸭、郭记特产、好成财牛排等等，楼下的美心茶餐厅也挺好。自然，该店小清新没有，现代时尚没有，但中规中矩，服务周到，总体感觉，酒店性价比还是不错的！

大厦是原侨办下属接待酒店，硬件老而不旧，床很舒服，还增加了智能马桶盖和Led阅读灯；迎来送往特别热情，入住就发现有丰富的果篮，还给小朋友送小孩拖鞋牙刷饼干酸奶，自驾车辆停车免费还送地图和游玩攻略；感觉到酒店运营团队十分有心，执行力也强，最后说一下酒店位置也是棒棒的，走路几分钟就到清静寺和关帝庙（泉州市区停车很不方便），鲤城游 玩很好得选择！

办理入住的时候，前台服务员给奉送了茶水，让人感觉很礼貌，房间很干净，卫生，有赠送的水果，早餐品种很丰富，有许多当地的小吃，下次肯定还会入住。
