这酒店去年年初的时候来住过，当时走的时候在前台寄存行李，发现行李没人登记，前台的回话是刚刚过好年，员工还没有到位。这次来住已经是四月中旬了，早上走的时候去前台寄存行李，前台只有一个女工作人员，她让我们把行李放在前台就行了。我说，你至少该来看一下我们放了几个行李，以免被别的旅客拿错。结果她回答很霸气:“我们这里行李就是不登记的，你不放心你自己拿走”。
我们前一晚入住的时候，是刷外卡预授权。早上下来吃早餐，吃之前我们已经把房卡交了，我们在吃饭的时候他们可以查房。可是等我们吃完饭回来，我想他们应该已经查好房了，我让她把费用单据打印出来让我们签字确认，余款会自动返回到我们账户。结果这个女的让我们直接走，什么费用单据也不让我们签字。就是说给了这么多时间查房，他们还是搞不清我们有多少消费。不跟我们确认费用，那到时候怎么难道想扣多少就扣多少？如果产生乱扣费，客户人在国外，让人家怎么跟你们交涉？
这酒店的设施不错，但是前台的服务不是垃圾，而是非常垃圾，根本没有应该有的服务意识。
