此次来泉州旅游，酒店很好，大堂很气派，典雅，很有泉州历史文化氛围，酒店的所有员工职业素养高，酒店门口就有人热情迎接，亲切问候，大堂接待的员工更是热情，很有礼貌，带我到电梯，还贴心介绍酒店，交谈十分暖心！特别是林林，服务特别好！早上去餐厅服务员热情，贴心，后面两天都能记住我们，照顾有佳，早餐种类丰富，味道也很好！特别喜欢鱼汤面！房间很宽敞，干净，有很舒适的备品，很不错的城市景观，客房服务员很有礼貌，服务细致周到，关注细节！退房当天员工都知道我的车次时间，非常惊讶，竟然如此温暖，泉州万达文华酒店地理位置优越，出行方便，绝对是出差旅行首选，下次还会回来入住！非常棒！很愉快的一次入住体验！好酒店值得推荐！大赞！
