厕所是木地板，没有热水，也没法洗澡，马桶不能冲水，维修了好长时间，也就凑活，房间冷得像冰，空调很不给力，电话没法用，没有电梯，楼梯很高，带着老人一起去的爬楼很吃力，酒店餐厅晚饭真的叫人看着菜单就没胃口早餐只让你夹一次，电视是坏的，WI-FI一会连上一会断开…酒店前台可以租导游，很贵的
