房间里有老鼠，而且不是一间房间发现了老鼠。给前台打电话发现电话是坏的，电视节目少且不清楚；早餐是一个人一个鸡蛋，四种咸菜四种炒青菜，粥和鸡蛋汤，主食是馒头和相当筋道的油条，居然要10块钱。Wi-Fi只有大厅有，隔壁的餐厅都没有更不要说房间了

我只能说出来住这么久 这是最差的 房间回潮 一股霉味 墙上和厕所墙上都是霉点 没有热水 床单是脏的 被套是破的 半夜找老板理论 老板直接让我收拾东西退房滚 第二天不让拍照不让录视频 之后给艺龙打电话投诉 酒店方便矢口否认 还说三星 连民宿都不如

有亏三星酒店称号，早餐几乎没法吃。房间卫生条件差，设施陈旧，电视没几个台有信号，洗手间坐便器没法使用，门锁去找才修，无语！

大堂挺气派，但是房间不怎样，说是大床估计也就1.5米宽，毛巾也是破的，床周围用钉子钉的布围起来的，钉子出来了一块，我们住的一楼比较潮湿，一晚上都没有睡好，条件挺差的.

酒店在景区里，服务人员态度很好，但设施陈旧，门没有安全锁，自始至终，我们的房卡都打不开门，都是楼层服务员帮忙的
