酒店位于日照市东港区，位置不错，还好停车，设施有点老旧，但服务一流，前台，客房餐厅都不错，值得褒扬，特别是客房部的庄娜服务尤其值得表扬，临走还送小礼物和平安果??，还有客房服务员小侯同志，想我所想，每天帮我熨衣服送饮品。还有前台的服务员郑佳宇，李亚男，哥给我结账的哪位中年大哥一样表扬谢谢你们！下次还会去住。

酒店服务简直太温馨了，真正有宾至如归的感觉。到酒店停车后，有保安来帮忙提行李送至大堂。大堂有服务员接待并帮我们办理入住手续，然后送我们到房间，又详细介绍了房间的服务设施。房间的布置也非常亲切（见图）。下次绝对还住这个酒店。
