服务特别好，小朋友突然发烧还特地为我们熬了小米粥。每天会准备新鲜水果，在海边晒得回来还为我们准备了黄瓜敷脸十分贴心。第一次到日照就有宾至如归的感觉，下次去还会选择雅禾

首先说说优点，和预想的一样，服务确实特别好，有问题都是随叫随到，及时解决，不愧是四星级酒店，也特别干净，房间里有冰箱可以用，买的酸奶之类的吃的可以放进去。另外本来订的是没早餐的房间，住到第二天还送了张早餐券，早餐也不错。br 再说说美中不足的地方，酒店设施确实有点陈旧，有待更新，门口停车的地方有点少，主要是不收费，有些不住酒店的人也在这停车，导致有时没车位，不得不停到比较远的地方，不是很方便，管理还待完善。

虽然酒店的设施有点老旧，但是服务员的态度实在实在是太好了。而且服务很走心，一入住进房间就有烧好的热水可以喝，桌子上准备好了苹果和削皮刀。晚上回来，一杯酸奶准备好，还有一小盘敷脸的黄瓜，当然还有服务员手写的纸条。哦，因为带着孩子，床上还放了一个可爱的小熊玩具，顿时觉得很暖心！很幸福的入住，希望你们越办越好！
