酒店的最大特色就是服务，前台频繁的更换服务员，导致服务的传承不如雅禾国际酒店。餐厅的库房大姐积极参与餐饮服务给年轻的服务员起了表率作用。但是客房的服务质量一直是很好的，特别是李小燕女士的工作在华美酒店无出其右。希望酒店在硬件落后的情况下，仍能保持服务质量指数的上升让4星级酒店名副其实

因为是自驾游，看了一圈离海边近的酒店，要么感觉条件不太好，要么就是价格太高，后来就决定选好评率最高的华美，去了以后很满意，虽然酒店旧点，但是环境卫生真心不错。还帮我们免费升级了商务双人房。我跟朋友都特别满意，特别是李菲，孙溶两位美女，服务态度特别好。过几天带孩子来玩我还要住华美～
