几年来，数十次的入住该酒店。酒店的位置非常好，交通、购物、观光旅游及其方便。前台服务人员虽然换了几茬，但服务一致很好。餐饮服务品种繁多，咸菜拌菜非常好吃。楼层服务员工态度很好。特别是17层得李小燕女士，更是该酒店得楷模，酒店安全可靠。我的房间门从17:00—19:40一直没关，箱包钱包都在室内，回来一看，分文不少。是个值得信赖的地方品牌。

和预期有些出入，设施老旧，房间很不好，和前台交涉后调的房间还好，隔音较差，第二天电梯全坏，勉强退房走人！服务人员态度较好，特别是门童值得点赞！
