基本没什么服务，设施陈旧，卫生间排风扇坏的也不见处理，最可恨的是上一个住客订了个2:45的闹钟居然没人处理，被吵醒了再也睡不着了！唯一庆幸的是还好没续订，改订了香雪海的一家五星了！

位置有点偏，这么大个度假酒店设施跟服务简直不成正比！连个超市也没有！其它的都挺不错，私人沙滩，温泉都不错！无敌海景房风景也很漂亮！

荣成本身城市较小，选择来这也是因为这个酒店。离海滩确实很近很近，就是冲着私人海滩来的。海景房还是很漂亮的，房间够大，卫生只能说刚刚及格吧。服务态度很好，但感觉人员可能不太够，有的时候办理入住会排队。
如果为了纯度假放松，这里很推荐，安静，舒服。海滩没有金沙滩银沙滩干净。
