位置很好，直达海滩，客人多，服务人员少，服务跟不上，房间里缺这少那，服务员已经忙得像陀螺。前台及客服电话一直占线，相当忙乱。小城市吃饭没什么地方，商店药店关门早。海里很浅的地方就有暗礁，容易受伤

位置那是相当不错，但是这个价格与服务那是极其不符的，酒店设备维护较差，卫生情况可以用糟糕来形容，实在对不起七百多的价格。如果下次到了荣成的海边，我一定不住这家酒店。

环境设施都非常好，希望服务人员能够提高服务意识，门卡打不开门，结果等了半个多小时，打了四个电话服务员才来；下午三点和服务员说送冰箱来，结果晚上十点第二次打电话才送；退房时让前台推一个行李车，等了一个小时也没送来，最后自己提着好多行李下楼的……
