  Receptionist were friendly and helpful. We booked a room for 2 adult and 3 kids. I must said it was super huge and It has 2 toilets. Highly recommend if you come to Wei Hai!

  带孩子错峯出游，选了海底小纵队的主题房，一室一厅双衞，孩子特别喜欢，还有入住水果和贴心的便签，停车场很大，停车很方便，服务也非常周到！

  房间乾净，楼层高，住宿条件都还可以，就是酒店前台有问题，十一期间价格600多，这也就算了，我们住房的按金。在退房的时候，他説一会儿就退给你了，因为一天都在高速上开车无聊，下午偶然想起了这件事情，然后一查发现住宿按金居然没退！然后打电话给他们前台打了两次，都説已经完成了退款。还让我们查询，但是真查不到，于是第3次打电话给前台加了他们这个酒店前台的微信，希望他把这个按金退款的截屏发给我们，这个时候已经是下午的17:38，然后就在这个时候，我们的按金终于退回来了，嗯，相信十一假期出游在这家酒店的用户，或者説以后住这家酒店的用户要多个心眼儿退房了之后一定要看看自己的按金有没有退给你？？？最关键加了他们这个酒店前台，让他们去解释这件事情的时候，连一句道歉都没有！！他们的解释就是一句系统出问题，我觉得可以用态度恶劣来形容吧？！最起码你做错了，你没给顾客退按金，你连一句道歉的话都没有吗？什么叫系统出了问题搪塞过去，问他真正的原因，他也不告诉你！难道是酒店前台贪污酒店的钱啊？
