  带父母和孩子出游 在威海和荣成北线游玩 本来没想住荣成市区 不过因为1号开始下雨 计划有变 临时定了离高铁站比较近的名人酒店 订之前打电话确认了可以接送高铁站 觉得十分方便 但入住当天晚上去前台确认送站时间时 服务员説第二天中午酒店有婚宴大概率司机没时间 只能自行打车再报销车票 以防万一我説第二天再到前台沟通确认下 第二天（10月3日）12：00那个时间段的服务员给我印象很深刻 没来得及问名字 只记得个子很高 她全程很认真地再帮忙协调 让同事帮忙叫车 赶上婚宴门口充气装饰突然塌陷堵住了大门 就赶忙上前一直举着装饰门 长者看车一直不来担心赶不上高铁 情绪有点不好説了一些不好听的话 这名服务员也没有表现出不高兴或者甩脸子 一直在耐心安抚 因为下着雨 让长者不要着急 车来了再出大门也来得及 最后还把我们分别送上两辆车 嘱咐小心雨天路滑 注意安全 总之就是感觉很专业 处理突发事情有条不紊 因为没有联系方式只能通过平台感谢了
