酒店外观不错，设施太简陋，房间电话是个摆设，没接线，卫生间水太小，前台服务不行，早上九点多就催退房了，团队住宿比较多，说实话，比较烂

7月27日入住威海乳山滴水湾综合度假酒店，31日退房，租了3个房间。28日下午3点旅游回来，房间已打扫完毕，只换了一条毛巾，其他啥都没弄，被子不整理，马桶不清洗，问清洁工，说是有规定，住3天后整理，真是闻所未闻啊！我去交涉了，总算第二天被子理了一下，但马桶依然不清洗，更谈不上消毒了。上传的马桶照片是29日晚上拍的，已经是入住第三天了。本来第二天就要退房换地方的，无奈银滩大酒店无房了，只能一直住到31日退房。这个酒店太差了，以后不要钱也不会住。餐厅没空调，吃饭满头大汗，连电风扇也要抢。
