位置偏，房内设施一般，周边没有各种服务设施，比如超市，相比之下就显得价格偏高！海边，过马路就下海，可惜海里浒苔满了，水丑！

没有像之前的人说的那样你开窗户多大的腥味。沿海的住所多多少少都会难免有一些。房间也挺大，挺干净的。不足之处就是这个酒店已经位于银滩的大东边了，要是想去银滩中心地带得坐40分钟左右的公交。酒店做的吃的价格不便宜但也不算贵还可以接受。

wifi信号时有时无，卫生间地漏堵塞不通，喷淋头出水，一半热一半冷（喷淋头质量差，多数孔不能正常出水），房间有臭味（卫生间飘出），下午1点多回房间还没打扫，酒店卫生打扫有死角（前住客吃的猪脚等骨头多在），电视信号差。硬件装修真心一般。为生间门关不上

风景很好，房间全部海景房，很惬意，床也舒服，就是公共交通不发达，晚上出行不方便，除非自驾，整体还是比较满意。
