明天就要离开这里了，真有点恋恋不舍。酒店服务一级棒，客房各种设施齐全，还为客人提供免费的饮料和小食品，早餐的品种丰富，一起来的同事都为我订的酒店赞不绝口，客房的服务员服务态度很好，为我们客房整理好东西后还留下温馨留言，并且把第二天的早餐券亲自送到客房，让我们省心了不少。红玫瑰大酒店不亏是天鹅城市文明窗口的一张最美的名片，下次再来的话，一定还住在这里，同时也欢迎其他朋友积极入住，当然我也会推荐朋友来这里感受热情真诚的服务。

去的时候是下午六点多，办理入住的客人有点多，生意是很好的。但是服务员的专业素质有待提高，我等了很久，等到的是一间刚收拾好的屋子，房间设施不错，可能打扫的比较匆忙，所以有些地方没扫干净，细节不到位，卫生间马桶上都是水，。但是床什么的还是很舒服的，窗外就是涧河，风景可以，总体而言还可以
