十年老店，真的是够老了，硬件设施太陈旧落后，我住的是主楼，还是豪华型，不知道副楼会有多烂。居然敢标三星级，也不知道谁给评的星级，像这种水平，就是洛阳128元的房间，根本比不上那几家连锁快捷酒店。我一家三口住酒店，每次都是把两个床并在一起，睡觉很宽松。这里是唯一的一家酒店，床是固定的，不能挪，因为床头柜集成了灯具开关，上面有线路。两张一米一的床，怎么睡？我在网上订房，各大城市的酒店都是信用住，登记入住，甩房卡走人的，这里居然要收二百块押金，三门峡这种八线城市，算了吧。周边环境就不用说了，酒店外面黑灯瞎火的，我还以为是在郊区，一看地图，距离市政府一公里，实验小学不到三百米，三门峡真是小的让我吃惊。距离310国道不到一百米，楼下还有条堤北路，两条路晚上都很多车，房间隔音不好，隔壁房间大声说话就跟在一个房间一样，一夜都没有睡好。 酒店也不是没有优点，免费送了一盘水果，房间里的日常用品比较贴心，充电器，去皮刀，印泥，订书机，指甲刀都有，这都是我第一次遇到的贴心服务。总结一下，这是我住过的最差的星级酒店，也是我住过的服务最贴心的酒店。硬件设施不好，环境不好，服务再好也白搭，最起码要能睡好觉。我不会再选择这家酒店，也绝不推荐这家酒店。
