酒店设施和卫生都还不错，位置有点偏，周边买东西吃饭不太方便，此外服务和酒店星级不匹配，比如订的外卖，前台不让外卖小哥送进酒店这个可以理解，但是询问前台可否安排服务员从外卖小哥那接收下送到房间(住的楼层太高，外卖小哥着急确认送到，下楼取太费时间)，就被拒绝了，有点太不周到了。

三门峡少有的豪华型酒店，楼和大堂很气派，上楼得刷房卡，早餐在37楼景色很美，但房间不大，而且有个大圆柱子很不爽。
