本以为是市里最好的酒店，设施什么的比较新，安排了个客房住下，结果洗手间漏水，打电话给当天的一个小伙子，说是找人来维修，等了十几分钟也没人上来，又打电话，小伙子说等，我在想这是五星级酒店吗，卫生间漏水***你先给换个房间不，心中一万只***开向前台，后来来了个姓项的副理上来连忙道歉给换了房间，点赞，服务也要跟得上啊。
