今天卫生间玻璃莫名其妙就自己裂了，立即电话告知前台，经理到现场看了玻璃还在发出爆裂声，还算好立即安排换房间，其实我是受了惊吓，爆裂声太大导致耳鸣，我提出免房费一天但经理拒绝赔偿，
