前台接待的那个胖胖的姑娘登记时住宿单是直接一本丢过来说先签字，口气跟我们欠了她几百万一样，老公问了三遍为什么你们不先填好数据而是让我们先签字，她回答三遍先签字，对我们用吼的，脸都吼红了，我实在忍不住了问她是什么态度，另一个上来打圆场说是用打印的，所以让我们先签好字，我说既然是这个原因的话为什么一开始不好好解释清楚，用这种服务态度来做前台接待？然后她白眼翻一下坐边上去玩手机了，想看工牌的，都没有佩戴，披头散发，本想算了，但是年纪轻轻在工作中这种态度对待客人，我们一来就冷言冷面，问了一下就要吵架的态度，我想应该是老板工资没发到位，还是家里有矿不稀罕这份工作？以前来住也没发现会这样，这个价位也没想过环境设施有多好，但是没想到态度会这么差！保洁阿姨的态度都非常不错。
