昨晚八点二十左右到23楼行政酒廊，里面有个服务员从我们进去到我们出来都没吭声，也没抬头看我们一眼。就我们问她茶水可以喝吗？很生硬的问答说可以，每人只能两杯。我们自己倒了一杯水喝了，把窗纱拉开，想看下三明的夜景，那个服务员过来也是一声不吭直接啪的一声把帘子拉起来。我们呆了两分钟就不想呆了。作为三明地区最好的酒店，每次来也是住这家。我想说酒店的硬件达标了，但是软件真应该再提高提高。
