可以报粗口吗？**，刚入住，中午很热，想洗澡休息一下，刚进浴室，突然房门被打开，进来两醉汉，当我冲出去质问时，他们说走错房间了，然后赶快通知前台，原来是住隔壁房，前台小妹给错房卡，五星级酒店竟犯这样错误，要不是人在外地又很累，真想打12315投诉他们，给他们酒店品级减分。所以入住这家酒店要小心了，贵重物品请随身带，洗澡要反锁房门。。。
