位置不算差，出门有公交，楼下很多生活配套，外卖全能送
设施一般般，最大的问题是网络太差，wifi时有时无，几乎不能用，最要命是电信4g也被屏蔽了
服务尚可，最起码态度很好
价格便宜，所以没什么好抱怨的
