酒店服务还不错，餐厅的饭菜也比较可口，就是酒店里的电梯不是很方便，楼层高的要换成电梯，有些不便。

千万别住，就是个大招侍所，300米长的走廓，地砖所有客人都走过，想想有多吵，装修了半年多，还是气味呛人，好处是没有蚊虫，都被呛跑了。下水返臭味，洗澡下水慢死，只能站在水中。。。／。窗户关不严，大缝漏着。

这个酒店环境很不错，各方面都很满意，位置离大东海也不算远八百多米吧，走路也可以，公交三站地，楼下也有吃的，总体还不错，唯一不好的就是有阳光大厅，各楼层都是互通的，有些住宿的人简直就像只鸡，叽叽叽叽的，真是烦人，服务员真的很赞，亲眼看到他们蹲在地上用消毒水清理地面，对了，酒店有消毒水的味道，但很不错，我住的是背对海的一面，没有看到海景，不过无所谓了，对面是警备司令部的营区，不到六点半就吹起床号了，不一会就听见有跑步的声音。

酒店交通及环境挺好的，就是个别前台服务人员态度有待改善，我本来订了三天住宿，后来又续了两天，办续住手续时前台一个小伙子说没有我的订单，让我交1000元（我订单为476元），我给他看了我的订单他说不行，艺龙工作人员跟他们销售总监联系说已确认我的订单成功，他就是不给办理，要办就得交1000，要不就第二天白天来办，我说白天出去现玩没时间，他就是不给办把我气的要命！
