Booked non smoking room and was arranged to stay at non smoking floor in the 6/F but people were still smoking in the lift lobby and staff don't take any actions.
Other guests on the same floor with small kids were running around the corridor shouting early in the morning and 1 girl knocked on our door at 6am and found herself knocking on the wrong door.
Service in the restaurant during the buffet, the waiters don't take away your dirty plates.

Fabulous hotel, with beach access, warm pool, beachside restaurants, pool-side bars and lots more. The breakfast with delicious and with plenty of options to select from. I would book again.

非常满意的一次入住，实景跟网络上的图片都是一模一样没有差别，酒店服务 环境都非常好，早餐也很丰盛而且持续到11点，可以尽情睡懒觉，下午在大堂喝点小饮品看看海景吹吹海风也非常Nice，他们酒店有自己的私家沙滩，非常干净，我们晚餐也是在酒店中餐厅吃的，服务味道都挺好的，很适合纯酒店躺平度假那种，值得推荐，下次还会去的！

万豪海景房是一排酒店最近海的，只是阳台比较小。头晚中歺398套餐，鱼和肉味道80分，量小的吓人。其他菜50分，白切鸡真的难吃！早餐吃的啥也没有，酒店因疫情原因客人很少这个可以理解考虑成本原因。厨师态度非常黑脸，点个小龙包没蒸熟，吃了一嘴生肉真是够了。歺厅服务生见状连送两天的鲜榨果汁，这个好评！两天后转到美高美，海景套房贵了399，房间大了三倍，阳台大了十倍（见图二）！中歺套餐498，味道真的很赞，两个人吃不完打包了两菜回房。从房间价格大小到中歺厅饭菜出品到服务美高美完胜！从此万豪再见。
