差评是给服务的 不让外卖员进酒店是为了保证住客安全完全可以理解，但是为什么让我自己下楼去礼宾部拿？你们酒店是没有服务人员了吗？住你们酒店这点服务都不提供 这明显是消费与服务不成正比 还有关于几点可以办理入住 是否可以延迟退房等权益 你们的解释不能接受 如果会员都不能享受这些基本权益的话 那还办会员干嘛？

一切都很好，可惜行程太满没有好好享受酒店的设施。全海景房间的风景很不错，入住第一天被子略有点潮，不过可能是我比较敏感。就餐方便，酒店出口就是东榕美食广场，沿着街边散步1.5km左右有百花谷和亚龙湾中心广场。大概率下次来亚龙湾还是会选万豪。感谢sue和Ellen的耐心协助！

每次来三亚首选亚龙湾万豪，这次正好赶上生日，酒店悄悄送了一个小蛋糕和小公仔给我，太贴心了，夸一下客服专员sue，任何疑问都耐心解答，很棒，等我，下次再来。

卫生挺好的但是作为一个五星级酒店浴缸居然没有一次性的浴缸罩（到了晚上需要用的时候打电话居然说3楼有卖的）
住的所有酒店迷你bar里都有免费的饮品哈哈哈万豪所有都收费
因为是阴天所以也没怎么用泳池恒温泳池温度不太高
室内就是早两年的那种风格电视是那种老电视

入住体验真的很好，下次来会考虑长住！我早上10点来的，虽然是下午三点办理入住，但到了也给直接办理了，然后淘宝88VIP还有万豪金卡联名，还晚退房2小时，入住时长一下子拉满！另外酒店视野真的太好了，送了水果小老虎玩偶，早餐也好吃！酒店旅拍抓拍技术也给力！都满意！88VIP有很多权益，万豪太划算！最后感激宾客专员sue和Ellen，服务超级贴心，以至于我后来第二天去了海棠湾费尔蒙，服务非常不适应！下次来三亚不会犹豫，直接亚龙湾万豪！
