酒店配套设施齐全，工作人员服务热情，当然最值。最得一提的还是泳池别墅，私密性很好出入酒店直接电话前台摆渡车就行，距离海边稍微有点距离但是完全也接受，里面中西餐各种特色都很多价格也算合理，主要是性价比超高肯定五星好评了。

不好，南洋别墅房床上和枕头上竟然有很多小飞虫，反应后酒店才给我换其它泰式别墅房的

服务不错，适合亲子出行，唯一遗憾的是酒店私家沙滩和沙滩服务都取消了，不过对于有园林别墅来说，已经够玩了

连续八年每年到三亚，亚龙湾铂尔曼是唯一重复住过的酒店，而且住过三次，每次体验都非常不错，虽然设施相比前几年有一点旧，但是服务热情不减当年，卫生打扫及时干净，客房服务贴心，尤其值得推荐
