房间设施最好翻新下，浴室跟洗手间等有点旧了，户外景色还可以，就是拿房卡跟住的地方不在同一栋楼，需要跑来跑去，服务还是很周到的，4百多块钱一晚，没住过凤凰岛还是可以过来感受下的，但1千多块个人感觉不太推荐了，毕竟不是真正的酒店，只是公寓，还是有区别的，不过土豪随意吧！
