入住及其不方便，办理在7楼，没有房卡就上不去，办理不了，只能打电话下来接，办理好之后，还要跑到别的楼上住，所谓的管家服务，经常打不通电话。早晨赶飞机，打电话退房，各种打不通！自己跑过去爬楼梯去办理的退房，累死。但是房间不错，看海挺好。
