酒店很大，分成5栋楼，免费停车场。一进大堂瞬间有了度假的感觉，有泳池，健身房，台球，等等等等休闲设施。办理入住时酒店免费升级成海景大床房，还送了巧克力大曲奇，嘿嘿嘿嘿开熏。房间里干净整洁，虽然是有些年头的酒店，屋里设施还都不错，我们入住时，酒店一楼房间正在陆续翻新。站在阳台上俯瞰酒店里的椰树泳池，遥看不远处的大海，吹着海风超级舒服。早餐时希尔顿荣誉客会员有单独就餐区，相对来说更安静一点，给希尔顿点个赞！！！房间忘了拍照哈哈哈哈哈哈

12点左右到等了2个小时左右才办理入住。前台Elma给免费升级了房间，服务态度也非常nice。酒店配套也很不错，值得推荐！

总体来说挺好的，办入住小哥aidam服务不错，还送了吃的，服务挺到位有什么问题都可以找他解决，服务员也会主动帮你提行李，环境不错，赞

酒店设施比较老，早餐品种少质量还行。服务员态度都比较好，房间服务员黎少蓉待人热情，打扫卫生干净整洁特此表扬。

房间很大，客户经理提前电话与我们沟通，还免费升级了房间，办理入住时还送了刚烤好的曲奇饼干，晚上打电话问候，又送了好喝的甜汤，不足园区环境建议好好认真维护维护，荒废破旧的该换新的了！

酒店设施一流，并且很齐全（游泳，台球等），环境优美，临海很近！客房卫生干净，装修高档！早餐非常丰富，个人感觉是海棠湾免税店附近价格最合适的五星级酒店！
