房子位置是三亚湾最好的了，三个房间均能看到海，不过小区游泳池不干净，没人用，另外卫生间门坏了，房间隔音稍差，空调外机声音会进来，不过总体来说很赞！至于吃的强烈建议自己去旺豪超市胜利店买海鲜，自己做，不要在小区附近吃，省的被宰，血的教训！顺便宣传一下一家黑店，小区出门左拐绿海田园公交站后面，南国美食餐厅，一条鱼，文蛤，海螺，白贝壳，四个菜花了1600，***！
