38层观海景房，地处三亚湾中布（三亚湾很长），还有观景平台，双标准房，房间特大，在海边，可以看到大海。在观景平台上可以看到凤凰岛、南山观音、天涯景区。唯一不足的是，空调制冷较慢，但价钱便宜，位置较好，交通便利，去景区方便，中心还提供团购游的服务。亲子游，情侣游可以考虑哦！

隔音不好，房间太高往上没有电梯，搬着行李有点麻烦，位置很好离海近，附近买东西吃饭很方便

昨天说的有虫子 白天看到蚂蚁和小虫子就算了。睡觉半夜有大蚂蚁爬到身上真的太可怕 完全被这些影响睡眠

性价比可以的 楼层二十几层让安排好点的 都不理 房间还是有小虫子 被子上有点脏，热水壶插头线太短了 长度根本不够使用不了。要拿到床头柜旁边才好使用 太不方便了。住几次了 也是老客户了 如果安排好点的楼层房间就好了

各方面都还不错，位置很好，看海不错，吃饭与交通也方便，如果有冰箱和洗衣机就更好了。
