电梯只能到37层，我住的房间说是38层的一个隔层，要上两层楼梯，东西多的话有点累，公寓挺新，房间也还干净，打个9分吧

房间虽然可以看到海，但是不是想象中的海景房，是住宅楼顶搭建的临时建筑，很多城市这种应该是违建，不知道为什么三亚可以，因为是搭建的，所以电梯坐到顶还要走两层楼梯，层高也比普通房子低，窗户都是钢结构的柱子，感觉很不舒服，海景房就没什么意义了。床比较硬，客服态度一般，没有专门前台，在一个旅行社里面。从前台到房间要走很远，wifi速度很慢，房间移动手机信号还不好，可能是太高了吧。这个价格不算便宜。

环境很美出院了就是过一条马路就是大海，很舒服院子里还有游泳池晚上有很多人水很舒服，就是吃饭不太方便，虽然门口存个饭店，但是有点吃不习惯
