首先下机后直奔酒店去到后住的地方不是在哪里，然后又去别的地方大概四五公里，等洗澡的时候懵圈了没有沐浴露洗发水、想洗衣服没有洗衣粉，WF密码没有提示

情况这样的，入住前一天就电话确认有房间，饭店说没有房间。要求换房间，要不然就要搬去另外的地方。然后房间差点十万八千里，照片实拍的后来的朋友可以参考，最可气的是和酒店协商百般抵赖拒不佩服，也不退房。照片看这是他们描述的55平米的酒店最多只有20平米，而且3天才打扫卫生，空调修改过白天房间热的死，晚上才有感觉。总之住过这么多酒店这家最差没有之一，另这个房间价格是109不是网上218

入住兰海三期A栋2607房间，进去客厅电视屏幕有问题，客服安排人员过来换了个40寸的，两个房间都没电视，房间没有垃圾桶，26楼水压很大，一共入住三天，第二天地下室起火导致停水停电，停水直到晚上6点左右才来，房间设施比较老旧，性价比非常高，楼下吃饭不便宜，可以叫外卖。

环境还可以，就是前台那个女接待真的太差了，每次都沟通不明白。超级不爱说话，每次问她事情需要问好几遍，超级大牌。这种服务态度真的不能接受
