表扬K035司机小哥，帮忙行李提上提下很辛苦。服务讲解也不错，本次入住体验感好，唯一不足餐厅吃饭有太多小虫子，蜇了一下小朋友的手，所幸没有什么大问题 第二天就消肿

之前来三亚就入住南山休闲会馆，之后每年来都必住这里，景色绝佳，位置绝佳，服务绝佳！今年来由于各地疫情影响，所以游客比较少，但是酒店前台的服务依旧那么给力，由于之前就住过酒店的2号楼，这次也要求排房在2号楼，面朝大海正面看观音圣像的感觉真是太棒啦。
服务方面，无论是前台、礼宾还是销售员都是有求必应，服务周到，点赞前厅部
