酒店在景区内，周围无任何饭店(只有酒店餐厅)。房间面积小，屋内家俱少，只有两个小沙发一个行李箱架，行李多点就只能放地下。房价包含了两个人的入园门票。若只住一晚性价比还算可以，因为南山景区半天多就能玩完了。酒店早餐只能吃饱，味道非常一般，菜品也少。餐厅中餐晚餐是比较贵的，但味道较好。我在游玩过程中扭伤了脚踝，想在酒店养一天伤。咨询酒店续住时能否减免或部分减免两个人的门票(因为第一天景点都已玩完了，续住只住不玩)，酒店没有任何商量坚持原价。艺龙客服同酒店勾通也不行，一分不让。没办法，我只能退房去其他酒店养伤了。

酒店位置在景区中央，前不挨村后不挨店，除了从大堂接送到客房，没有车接送到景点，全部靠走，老人和带孩子的很不方便，服务态度又潦草，讲话很不耐烦。酒店设施残旧，淋浴龙头都松松垮垮的，吃个早饭挤得满满的，餐食品种太少。性价比太低。
