我定了15天酒店，有几个不同的地方，这是我住的最好的！画如风景！！！硬件设施没得说！👍 很好！！！推荐，，一定要住！！而且含南海观音的门票！！真的很好！另外也推荐美丽之冠大树酒店！！一定要住这2家！

酒店位置好，整个酒店来说相当不错的酒店，就是价格波动太大，前台服务总是心不在焉，对顾客说话没有礼貌，刷卡消费，我都收到短信通知，她们还跟我们说没刷成功，等等可能工作不到位不认真。
卫生弄的还可以但里面放的东西没放都是空盒子,一个性性价比都是不错的酒店,就是服务人员,培训不到位,
入住结账还好我仔细看了一下,不然要被黑了,还在未告知的情况，打电话前台以及客服服中心但不好好说明马上挂电话态度冷淡，特别不舒服。这给入住带来了不方便,希望能服务认真点,素质有待提高

设施比较老旧，地势高的楼步行上楼梯也无人帮拿行李，胜在安静，屋内见观音，配套的礼佛活动还不错。
