设施一流，美中不足是房间没有咖啡机，只有速溶咖啡。卫生不错，床稍软了一点，感觉有时睡着不够舒服，枕头有点低

这个酒店住过也许不止四五次了，在我心里是亚龙湾服务最好的酒店没有之一，但是这次退房的小经历让我大失所望。退房那天有点儿晚了，担心赶飞机的时间太紧张，本来就着急，前面还有一位客人正在办理，我觉得等的时间比较长了，这时候有一个微胖的女服务员出来了，我赶紧跟她表明我着急退房是不是把房卡留下就行，因为我记得没有消费留下房卡就行不需要再办什么手续，但她说要签字让我等前边的人办完了再说。我继续站等，我是一个怀孕六个多月的孕妇，站时间长了特别容易腰疼，你们的服务态度就是这样吗？又过一会儿给我办理退房，让我留下房卡就走了，根本没需要签什么字。我当时真挺生气的，住了这么多次丽思卡尔顿，这是唯一不美好的经历，让我印象深刻！

除了价格高，其他都很好！虽然酒店设施不新了，但是维护的很好！在酒店里面遇到的员工70%都会跟客人打招呼微笑问好！孩子的设施也不错！
