酒店服务不错，刚到就有人拿行李并送至房间，门口赠送欢迎项链，免费办理会员，还给免费升级房间。见有小朋友很快给送来儿童牙刷、小黄鸭、儿童玩具、儿童一次性拖鞋、儿童浴袍，还给床边加装护栏，赠送小海螺。早餐东西很多，口味上可以再提高点，如煎饺等部分餐食不够美味。服务员介绍3号楼没装修，1、2号楼2018年装修过。酒店有四个泳池，小冰箱里饮品要收费，酒店有私家海滩。酒店大约900米处有一高尔夫球场公交站。周边无购物点，要去百花谷购物。

非常非常好的酒店，住了好几家5星级，这家最好！前台免费升级了，非常感谢前台美女小妹！客房服务员非常礼貌和善，有求必应，大厅服务员每个人态度热情周到，帮忙开车门，拿行李，酒店管理水平很高！下次来三亚还住这里

酒店前台接待王郁昕美丽善良，她看到我带得儿子幼小，热情主动帮我办理入住，当她看到我后期还有入住信息，便把我后期的入住房子也安排好，她对我们游客的贴心服务让我们非常感动，以后我还会选择丽思卡尔顿酒店
