酒店这东西真是一分价钱一分货，虽是挂牌四星，但真不怎么样，就像招待所，设施很旧。因为第二天早班飞机，懒得折腾了，才住了一晚，服务员态度差的要命，就跟欠她钱一样，我们花钱住店，不是看你脸色来了。不会再住第二次。来三亚很多次了，高星级度假酒店住过，客栈公寓也住过，都比这强。用了这么长时间艺龙，第一次给某个酒店差评。

酒店很棒，所有设备都很齐全，还有水果盘赠送，距离机场很近，楼下就是泳池，下楼走2分钟就是海边，周围超市药店都很方便，总体非常好。

房间偏小，园景不错，有游泳池，早餐一搬，西餐与中餐的早餐的区别，就是西餐有免费煮鸡蛋，中餐需交3块。总体一般，没有太深印象。

前台接待挺好，吧我们带到房间门口才走，酒店大厅感觉不错的，酒店里面是像一个小区的感觉，中间是泳池，四周是房间，感觉不错的。看到这里以为房间应该不差，进去以后才发现真的失望，装潢像感觉像旅馆，不喜欢，之前定这里主要是因为楼下有吃的和离机场近。到酒店大排挡基本都关门了，吃的海鲜都比较便宜，但是这街道太脏了，像去到菜市一样，而且臭。以后都不会再想去这里住了。
